Brief and schedule
We agree on headcount, photo style, backdrop and location. The coordinator prepares an arrival schedule with your HR or marketing team, so everyone knows when to come.
Mobile studio at your office
We bring lighting, a backdrop and equipment. A meeting room or a quiet part of the office is enough — we check the details during the brief.
Guided session
The photographer guides each person: posture, eye line, a relaxed smile. Nobody needs to know how to pose.
Retouching and delivery
All photos are retouched to one standard and delivered in formats for web, LinkedIn and print — as standard within 48 business hours.

How many people can you photograph in one day?
We run sessions for teams of 10 to 300 people in a single shoot day. For larger groups we split the work across several days or locations — the schedule is agreed before the session.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. We bring professional lighting, a backdrop and all equipment, and set up a mobile studio in a meeting room or a quiet part of the office. Travel within Warsaw is included; elsewhere in Poland it is quoted individually.
How is the session coordinated?
Our session coordinator builds the schedule with your HR or marketing team and manages the order of people on the day. Employees come at set times, so the session does not stop the business.
Will all photos have the same style?
Yes — that is the whole point of a team session. Everyone is photographed with the same light, backdrop and framing, and retouching follows one standard, so the photos look consistent on your website, LinkedIn and company materials.
When will we receive the photos?
Standard delivery is 48 business hours. For large groups the delivery date is set in the schedule before the session.
How much does a team session cost?
Team sessions are quoted individually. The price depends on the number of people, number of shoot days, location and retouching scope. We prepare a quote after a free consultation.
