How a real estate photo session works.
Request and package
Send the address, floor area and preferred date. Choose package S, M or L — you can buy it online right away — or ask for a quote for a commercial property.
Preparing the interior
Prepare the property using the checklist below. Package L also includes home staging advice.
On-site session
Package S takes up to 30 minutes, M up to an hour, L up to an hour and a half. Interiors are shot in HDR; on request we also photograph the facade and surroundings.
Editing and delivery
Every photo is edited. Files are delivered as standard within 48 hours, or on the next business day for urgent jobs.
How to prepare a property for a photo shoot.
A few simple steps before the session make the interior look larger, brighter and ready to move into.
- Turn on all the lights, open the curtains and raise the blinds.
- Clear kitchen and bathroom counters: dish racks, cleaning products, toothbrushes, colourful towels.
- Put away personal items — family photos, documents, fridge magnets.
- Make the beds, straighten the cushions and close the toilet lids.
- Remove cables, chargers and remote controls from view.
- At a house, move cars away from the entrance and tidy the terrace and garden.
- Fresh flowers or fruit on the table bring the shot to life.
Frequently asked questions
How much does real estate photography cost?
Packages start at 380 PLN (S — 12 photos, rental apartments). Package M (16 photos, large apartments and offices) is 500 PLN and L (25 photos, houses and premium apartments) is 800 PLN. Commercial properties and larger projects are quoted individually. All packages include HDR processing, retouching and files ready for property portals.
What is HDR real estate photography?
HDR (High Dynamic Range) blends multiple exposures — capturing bright windows and darker interiors simultaneously with no blown-out highlights or dark corners. It is the standard for professional premium property photography.
How quickly will I receive the finished images?
Standard delivery is 48 hours after the session. Next-business-day delivery is available for urgent projects.
Do you photograph properties outside Warsaw?
Yes — we work across Poland. Travel within 50 km of Warsaw is included. Beyond that, travel costs are quoted individually.
How many photos do I need for a listing?
We show a rental apartment in 12 photos (package S), a large apartment or office in 16 (M) and a house or premium apartment in 25 (L). Each extra photo is 50 PLN.
Are the photos ready for property portals?
Yes. We deliver JPEG files sized for listing portals such as Otodom, OLX and Morizon, plus high-resolution versions for print.
Do you offer a virtual tour or property video?
Yes — a virtual tour or video can be added to any package for 350 PLN.
Do you photograph new developments and commercial spaces?
Yes — show apartments, construction stages, offices and retail units. These projects are quoted individually once we have the details.
Do you shoot properties at dusk?
Yes — twilight (blue hour) sessions give the most striking images for premium properties. We time the session to sunset and quote it individually.
Do real estate agencies get a fixed rate?
Yes — for ongoing cooperation we offer a dedicated rate and one photo standard across your whole portfolio.
