How much does a corporate film cost?
Pricing depends on scope — length, number of shooting days, location and post-production complexity. Short brand films (1–2 min) start from 3,000 PLN (~€700). Full productions are quoted individually. Send us a brief and we will reply within 24 hours.
How long does production take?
A standard process: brief and pre-production (1–2 weeks), shoot day, editing and post-production (2–3 weeks). For simpler projects we can deliver in under 2 weeks.
What delivery formats do you provide?
We deliver MP4 H.264 for web and social media, ProRes or DXV for broadcast. We prepare separate versions optimised for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
Can you combine photography and video on the same day?
Yes — we can combine a photography session and video production in a single shoot day. One crew, one schedule, one invoice. Ideal for events, corporate sessions and employer branding campaigns.
What is a corporate spot?
A short promotional or brand film for a company, made for publishing online, on social media or at events. It presents the brand, a product or a campaign in a condensed form.
Who produces the films at Fantasmatic?
Video productions are led by Maciej Eichelberger — a qualified cinematographer, editor and director. The team also includes filmmaker and editor Jakub Uszyński.
Do you film outside Warsaw?
Yes — we film across Poland. Travel costs are included in the quote.
What should a video brief include?
The goal of the film, the target audience, publishing channels (e.g. website, LinkedIn, an event), the planned date and an approximate budget. Examples of films you like are also helpful.
